Prints

All prints are made to order and are non-returnable.

If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage.
A replacement will be arranged.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for any other reasons, including change of mind.

Workshops & Digital Products

All workshops and digital products are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital content and limited workshop capacity, all sales are final.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please reach out and we will assist where possible.
